Healthcare professionals, invite your patients to take
To get the most out of your diabetes medicine, knowing how you inject is just as important as remembering to inject.
Always consult with your healthcare provider regarding best practices when administering your insulin. With 34G x 3.5mm, always remember to inject at a 90° angle, to ensure accurate delivery of your medicine into the subcutaneous fatty tissue. After completely depressing the insulin pen’s thumb button, count slowly to 10 before withdrawing the needle from the skin. Finally, pen needles are intended for single use only. Remember to change and properly dispose of after each injection.10

It’s the LITTLE things that make the biggest difference.

Droplet Micron is 3.5mm, long enough to enter the subcutaneous tissue where the insulin needs to go.
Yes, Micron is long enough to penetrate the subcutaneous tissue where insulin should be deposited. It is important to utilize proper injection technique, including holding the needle in place for 10 seconds after the medication is released.
As long as the injection was correctly administered, following the proper injection techniques, including not reutilizing the needle, Droplet Micron will not break or bend.
Pen needles should only be used once, then dispose. This can increase the chance of experiencing pain when injecting as the needle tip is dulled; used needles also increase risk and cause possible needle clogging and inaccurate dosing.
